A typical service call (Virus removal, Internet installation/troubleshooting, etc.) takes about an hour. Should your computer problem require more then an hour, we will typically "flat rate" your invoice. A typical invoice rarely exceeds 4 hours.

A: Yes. If we are unable to fix your computer problem, you will NOT be charged.

A: Yes, you may bring your computer for an off-site repair if that is more convenient for you.

A:To make best use of the technicians time we recommend you make a list of all the problems you are experiencing with your system, and have all manuals, software CD's and any other information about the computer readily available.

A: Yes. Typically a technician will be able to restore your original applications, data and serial numbers without having the original software CD's or manuals.

A: Yes. We are well versed in the English language and don't expect you to know anything about your system.

A: No. We are happy to work with private customers as well.
